We partnered with a dozen potential customers right in the first month of incorporation, when we had clarity on our product Idea. We initiated a co-creation program with these customers who helped define the product features. We would like to share the importance of product co-creation with customers, we would also like to share as to how to find and select the right co-creation partners. Another learning for us has been to bootstrap for a longer period during high-gestation R&D. We spent two year of R&D before product was launched to customers. We would like to share our learning on how to build a great team when you do not have cash, and when funding is yet to happen
